At Cloudfinancials, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a change of plans. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date of the class.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at cloudfinancials@zohomail.in with your full name, contact information, and details of your registration. The refund request must be submitted before the seven-day window leading up to the class start date.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled class start date. Additionally, no refunds will be issued once the class has commenced.
Incomplete or Non-Attendance:
Refunds will not be granted for participants who register but do not attend the class or do not complete the course.
Course Changes:
cloudfiancials reserves the right to modify the class schedule, content, or instructors as necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds will be issued only if the participant is unable to accommodate the changes.
